Butra HeidelbergCement Sdn. Bhd. researched the technical colleges and university in an effort to recruit local employees at all levels. The Company accept interns from Vocational Schools, Technical/Engineering Colleges and Institute Technology Brunei on industrial attachment training as well as giving educational tour to schools.
